We totally understand that sometimes products don’t work out. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once they have been sent to customers. If our products haven’t lived up to the hype, please reach out to us so we can work with you to make it right. If seeking a refund because an item was damaged in shipping or is defective, please contact us ASAP and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you.
